What's the word on new Intel notebook chips?

When in Intel due to put out new notebook chips? i.e. new the successor to the current design, not just more Mhz. I haven't seen any news in a while and am getting the itch to upgrade but there really isn't anything worth the upgrade over my P8400. Anyone heard anything?
 
yep, that was me. That just comes out of my toy money. I have used the same stack of cash for toys for quite a while. By cheap, use for a month or two and sell for close to what I got in it when I get bored. In the last year I have went through an Ipod Touch, Lenovo X61, a few other gadgets. I haven't lost more than $50 on any of them.

I know it will be quite a while for the new mobile chips but I am curious. I have gotten her used to me upgrading my main computer every year.
