The room I rented in the second floor of a house in Berkeley, bay area is as hot as a summer night in LA, at least for tonight. The outside is cool, but the house inside, especially the second floor, is warm to hot. What's the stay to make it cooler if go outside or downstairs is not an option? By the way, which sites give accurate weather forecast for bay area?

a window fan always works well. Other than that, you might have to buy one of these:

weather watcher is awesome. I ride a motorcycle most days and have to keep up w/ the weather. Weather watcher pulls data from weather.com - it's free and works great.

I just use the weather program on my iPhone, it's always pretty accurate.

As far as how to keep your room cool at night? Window AC, otherwise prop a fan up there.

I just use google

just google:

city state zipcode

for a forecast

I think you can do just city and state too.
