it's time of the year where our company give out bonus and assign pay raise; I asked around to find out most people got a 2% raise. Is that reasonable for an office job?

what industry?

some industries, like financial, will typically give an increase in the bonus only and only a minor or non-existent increase in base salary.

my fortune 100 company pays 7-10% IIRC. it was posted on the forums over at the vault.com..

also they kick in stock options ranging from 5~25%, so i don't know if you'd count that.
