I'm always out of energy, thought i might try some kind of energy drink like red bull or something. Anything i should know about them? Any recommendations on which to try? Thanks.

Energy drinks are bad for you in the long run. Eat healthy and get plenty of rest IMO 🙂

I think they taste sick.

Caffeine does nothing to me.... I can take caffeine pills 1/2 hour before I go to sleep, and still fall asleep just easily.

Hrm, well if they have sugar i can work off the pounds with the energy i have 🙂 - I'll give it a go myself i guess and see how it turns out.

It's just loads and loads of caffiene. If you're that desperate to use energy drinks, just pop caffiene pills. Otherwise, sleep is good.

I dont know why you linked Taurine. In the link you provided it says theres been no scientific proof Taurine does anything.

i like bawls. best tasting energy drink.

also m-150 is good. super fruity taste and ultra sweet.

Red Bull tastes kind of like pineapple juice, so it's not that bad. It always works for me, so I'm sticking to it.

The only problem is that caffeine, like all stimulants, spike your energy, but when it wears off you have a "crash," so be prepared for that. 😉
