I have an Intel Pentium (I) MMX CPU installled in my super 7 system for several years. I always run it at 262 Mhz. It was replaced by an AMD K6-2-450 recently. I want to sell this CPU at flea market but is unsure of the actual speed of this CPU,

THe markings on the CPU are:
BP80503200
SL23W/2.8V
MALAY
L27262173-1060

Is it an 200Mhz or 233Mhz CPU?

NO, it's 200MHz. Look at the last three digits on the first line. THat's the indication of speed.
