"sue&ntilde;ador" is Spanish for dreamer.

Edit: It looks like its so&ntilde;ador, not sue&ntilde;ador. I've had that wrong for four years, at least! But it still means dreamer.

"A man with a dream" would be "Un hombre con un sue&ntilde;o.", as b0mbrman said. Sounds like it might be a bad translation.
