What's the software used to create Anandtech Forums

I see that ColdFusion forums are powered by ColdFusion. However, I've seen the look and feel of these forums on many other sites. That leads me to believe that there is some sort of commercial software package out there for creating these kinds of forums. Can someone give me an idea what was used to build Anandtech Forums? Was it custom built with ColdFusion, or is there some sort of package to purchase that can then be customized? I would like to create something similar for my company's intranet site, so I am very interested in this. Thanks.
