Anyone see that intel commercial about how its so great with music and the guy scans in his photograph of him and his friends and then he converts them all to a vector cartoon? Anyone know what software does that?

Thanks BMCAD but I want the picture software that turned the picture into a cartoon not what the burning software was... anyone have any ideas?
I searched for the candy software just in case you were referring to it but I found nothing. Can someone please help me out!

It might be something made up because I really don't think you can turn a bitmap or whatever into a cartoon like that.
edit: with a little help from google i have realized that you can convert a bitmap into a vector, but I'm not sure what program that is. Here is a link showing how to do it in Illustator.

I tried playing around with some Photoshop filters without much success. Streamline by Adobe can make line art, but it has real problems with photos.
Does anyone think that the screenshot of the software I am talking about looks like a Mac?
