Britney, BSB, Prodigy and such can certainly make me vomit, but I wouldn't say it's scary.

Most evil sounding is probabaly South of Heaven with Slayer, one of the few good one's they've made.

The "Barry's Kidnapping" cue from the Close Encounters of the Third Kind soundtrack(by John Williams) is the scariest... music... EVAR!! If that doesn't make your hair stand on end, you have some VERY thick skin.

Also, Atmospheres and Lux Aeterna by Gyorgy Ligeti (from 2001 soundtrack -- the "monolith" music) is pretty dang creepy.
