I heard somewhere that you can make your own, but i forgot the recipe...
i think it was something like 25% arctic silver and 75% epoxy...
anyone know?

Why not just spend $5 and buy some from Fry's? A much simpler and more elegant solution in my opinion.

Made with 99.8% pure micronized silver.

62% to 65% silver content by weight.

SKorpio is right, checked out their site the other day

what are you trying to adhese? If its no big deal just mix it and try it out, but I think you need a bit more artic silver to get the conductivity they offer. normal arctic silver III is like 80% silver so a 90 to 10 ratio would sound better, but then you probably wouldnt get much sticking action

well i did that.. and it works ok.. i'm using an SK-6 on my geforce3.. passive cooling... the heatsink is pretty warm.. and the back of the card feels like it's around 60C.. gets too hot to touch after around 3 seconds.. not too bad.. with a fan.. it cools pretty nicely... i think i could have added more though...

Sounds good. I had a diamond firegl card with a smallish heatsink on it that would burn you if you looked at it the wrong way, so you're probably ok.
