what's the quietest combo drive around?

I'm looking for a cd burner and dvd reader in one drive. preferably black, but not a must. I do, however want it to be very quiet even at high speeds.

what should I take a look at?
 
Samsung makes some of the quietest optical drives. I have one of their DVD-ROMs. Very quiet. Firmware available to make it region free. No riplock too.
