Currently I have a bulbous thorax but truly wish to have a six pack so all the fine ladies will desire my body. Does anybody know the quickest way to get one?

Sixpack seals the deal.. Ya, you wouldn't want a women who wants you solely based on anything. But, having a sixpack helps.. having a nice personality helps.. being attractive helps. Why the hell do I always have to state the obvious?

Ditto.

If you have a bulbus thorax (basically fat stomach) then its going to hard to get a 6 pack.

Sort out your diet, cut out sweets, fizzy drinks, junk food and excess carb's.

Exercise doing compound movements = squat deep, bench press, dead lift. Concentrate on those 3 three times a week.

Do that for 2 months. Then run 3miles a day for 6 days a week for 6 weeks then you will be quite far on your way but this all depends on what sort of shape you are looking at when you started. And how *trained* you are depending on how much training and such have you done before.

Weighted sit ups is very important imho. Do them with weights on the top of your chest. Don't go fors o many reps to start with go to hit 8 or 10 with 5kg then build up to 10 then 15kg on the top of your chest. Also do some back exercises also.

Avoid drugs and other fat burners etc. NOT good for you.

OK, so that pic is eye-blisteringly nasty. Take it down before you break someone's eyes.

mrCide, I used DNP extensively a few years ago - simply ecause I was too lazy to lose weight the proper way. Made me feel like UTTER SHIziT, but I lost fat like it was water.

What kind of "drugs" and "fat burners" do people normally use?

Yeah it all helps.

NOT going to tell you for your own good. Drugs and such. I ALWAYS think its a bad idea. And I don't know how to spell them correctly either.

Genetics. Some people can exercise until the cows come home and never get a "six pack". I was reading an interesting article at the gym today about abs and the number of gym clients that are obsessed with getting a six pack. The bottom line is that there is not way to focus just on that area.

My pesonal opionion is that it pretty shallow to focus on something like this. I go to the gym three time a week and do not give a rats ass if I ever get a six pack.

Ok I just saw your pic. If you want to impress the ladies I would work on your chest before your abs.

dude, if your thorax is bulbous, that would make my stomach gargantuan. be extremely happy with what you have; your genetics have ordained that a minimal amount of fat is stored in your belly. not all of us are so lucky.

but yeah, for some, they need to reduce their body fat to minuscule levels before they can get a six pack but it doesnt look like you have that problem. looks like you just need to work out that region to give the muscles more size/definition. lucky rat bast ard.

No. How do I figure it.

You can go to the gym and tell them to measure it or.....you can go to stores like Brookstone and pretend you are interested in buying a body fat analyser (usually they have sample units)

You are not fat. You just have no definition YET but will have if you work out.

Do weighted sit ups 3x a week.

Run and again try to cut out any *rubbish* in your diet. You should know that.
