Whats the "proper" thing to do here?

Three weeks ago my friend's boyfriend and my friend went on a break. She was really upset, and I went to spend the evening with her to be there for her as a friend.

Two weeks ago, she was upset again, so I drove to her house to see her. No big deal.

This weekend I have plans, tonight and into tomorrow. She doesn't want to be alone and wants me to hang out with her and keep her company through tomorrow.

My offer was to come get her and hang out with her all night tonight, but that it would be hard to change my plans for tomorrow.

Mind you this is my best friend since Freshman year of College.

Is my offer good?
