Whats the problem w/ the Epox motherboard and Netgear NICs?

I saw a few postings say that the Epox 8K7A motherboard has some issues w/ the Netgear NIC's. I was wondering what the problems were? Every computer in my house has a Netgear FA312 card in it. There is no problem just buying a different NIC but i still would like to know!
 
There is a problem with the Netgear 311 and 312 cards with that board and other 761 based boards. Try linking to this site. (You may have to sign up to view it)
 
I have a Netgear 311 card on my Epox 8k7a. Everything runs fine except the computer will not restart correctly(I have to manually hit the reset switch when i restart). Without the NIC installed it restarts fine. Other than that I have no problems with the NIC on this mobo...

Bwahahahaha! Just like a sheep loving Agroid to be pleased with a gimpy configuration. Just another prime example of well thought out logic from Collie Station, Texas!
