whats the probability of a 750 duron running at 1.0 with a ecs k7s5a?

If that CPU can run a 133Mhz BUS on other boards, then it should be able to work on the ECS board as well..
 
As Pabster said you will probably need to pencil in your L7's to default it to 1.85volts,even then it's not guarantied.

I would say chances are 75% it will make it.
 
You probably could with solid cooling. U at worst would need to close all of the L7 Bridges to set the vcore to 1.85
