What's the Policy on switching to a new account?

Let's say you have account AAA, but you're sick and tired of people getting you confuse
with the automobile agency, so you want to change to BBB. Is that allowed? And if it's
allowed, do you start from scratch, or is there some way to get all your account info switched
over?

I did a search, and there were some threads of people that created new accounts, and wanted to get their old one deleted, but I didn't see anything about having all the account information being transferred. I also looked in help, but I didn't find anything there. I'm hoping that I covered all the bases, but if not, let me off easy, if you could. 😉

you are allowed to create a new acount, as long as you are a member in good standing 😉 and yes you do start from scratch.

I suspect that many young women would like to switch from AAA to BBB. 😉

Seriously, it seems that the Mods frown on using two accounts simultaneously (which suggests trolling and/or deception,) but there have certainly been members (I shall not name any names, lest I draw the wrath of the Multinomial Mod) who successfully abandoned one username and started a new identity under another name. I believe they always started afresh as Junior Members, however. It's asking a bit much to expect all your stats to "transfer."
