I don't get it. It's just a guy with a napkin taped to his face, and his eyes are squinty. Is he passing out because the rag taped to his face is actually soaked with spray paint? Is he a dentist that can't stop grinning because he knows he's about to drill the shit of my face? Is he some guy that's just trying to walk home in a Chinese city?
