What's the point of Ready Link?

I have a Sprint Ready Link phone but I don't see the point. I can make a cell call in seconds with speed dial and both parties can talk at the same time. Don't you have to push a button to talk with Ready Link and only one person can talk at a time? What am I missing here?

Considering that in-network calling is now free, I really don't know.

Its always been free. There's another thread on here about this topic. So far the best advantage I can see is you can easily connect many people simultaneously vs. having people enter into a big network of 3-way calls.

Not a real big advantage for me as I have few friends and the extra $5 would not be worth it for that feature alone.
