Browsing keyboards I can see a list of features that would be quite nice.

I love fingerprint readers (no pw needed). I just saw one on a keyboard.

Illuminated keyboards are also nice.

Wired is necessary for any gaming to ensure there's no latency.

Quiet keys would be ideal.

Am I missing anything? Has anyone used a kb with these features? I'd say the print reader is optional. What are your favorite features?

Mechanical (not Cherry Blacks) keys for under $60.

I happened to find what I wanted when I got my CM Storm Trigger for $45.

I use the Corsair Vengeance k90 I like it but the only flaw is its not 100% mechanical, you also said that you want a quiet keyboard. If you don't mind the clicking of a mechanical one id say go with that although this particular module does not come with a finger print reader. They made corsair k95 thats fully mechanical.-no finger print reader. 54 programmable macro keys.

I guess I'm "out of the mainstream", but I use the right side of the keyboard for games. Never used wasd, but instead use arrow key, enter, num pad etc.
Would like to see a keyboard set up for gaming where the right side of the KB is featured (i.e. larger arrow keys, etc.) I know there is no such kb, but would be nice.:\

Ergonomics are key for me.
So I went tenkeyless with a separate numpad, to keep shoulder and wrist extension for mouse use to a minimum. I'm not sure why the numpad hasn't been moved to the left on most keyboards, as it would increase ergonomics for right handed users, and also balance the layout, by placing one block on each side of the typing area.

Using MX-brown mechanical keys on my work keyboards, but I didn't get around to learning how to type consistently without bottoming out, so there's little gain.
