I saw an older lady (like in her 70s) at Home Depot throw her purchases into a sidecar of a really nice motorcycle, pull on her helmet and drive off. How cool was that?

boohoo. I drive a '95GS. Yes, it's a granny car, but I love the ride. Only thing that aggravates me is that I like to go camping, but if I tried to drive that car on anything that wasn't paved, I'd probably tear the sh!t out it. I need a truck :(

Nate

I drive a '99 GS... I can't recommend them highly enough... only years 98-04, though.

Isn't that the one that died on the highway onramp when you hit a bump while taking it for a test drive, or am I thinking of somebody else from this board? :p

If $$$ were no object, what would be the perfect old lady car?

I'm thinking about this 49 Chevy Pickup, but I'm open to suggestions.
me drooling over that truck.....

Let me get this straight. You win the lottery and you decide to buy a '49 Chevy truck? You need to have your head examined. Just get the Oldsmobile already...

That was me... :( The car that died (was a 98), I took back to the dealership and demanded that they reverse the transaction... they did, and I got my Explorer back. Last I checked, that car had been bought and sold a couple of more times. It has got to be a lemon. Every model does have their lemons...

I just got the Regal I drive now on the day before Thanksgiving... I love it. No problems whatsoever. Mom is jealous now... she likes my jasper green Regal's color better than her Regal's white color. :D

Little Old Lady From Pasadena
Jan and Dean

It's the little old lady from Pasadena

The little old lady from Pasadena
(Go, Granny, go, Granny, go Granny go)
Has a pretty little flower bed of white gardenias
(Go, Granny, go, Granny, go Granny go)
But parked in a rickety old garage
Is a brand new, shiny red Super Stock Dodge

CHORUS:
And everybody's sayin' that there's nobody meaner
Than the little old lady from Pasadena
(She drives real fast and she drives real hard)
She's the terror of Colorado Boulevard

It's the little old lady from Pasadena
If you see her on the street don't try to choose her
(Go, Granny, go, Granny, go Granny go)
You might drive a goer but you'll never lose her
(Go, Granny, go, Granny, go Granny go)
Well, she's gonna get a ticket now sooner or later
'Cause she can't keep her foot off the accelerator
Is a brand new, shiny red Super Stock Dodge
