Whats the percentage of asians having "eyelids"?

I'm Asian and I have "eyelids" but I noticed a good amount of Asian people don't. Looks like its mainly an Asian thing. What is the reason behind this?

OP must mean eylids with a fold, since everybody has eyelids. Those double eyelids you speak of, they look nice on young people, but wait until they get older, they won't look so nice then.
