What's the one thing you hate most about your work?

Sure, it's been posted before, but I have to rant about it again. I HATE RED TAPE.

I could've left work on time a half an hour ago if it weren't for all of the fricken' S&C crap that I've had to go through today. I'm waiting for a procrasinating co-worker to run a simple script to push some code changes into our QA environment, yet she seems to be oblivious to the fact that I told her TWO HOURS ago that I needed it done within an hour and a half. All she needed to do was push a stupid fricken' button.

GAH!!

If it weren't for S&C RED TAPE, I'd be three times as productive here. <sigh> :|:|:|

Having to show up and it can be REALLY boring sometimes. The stupid decisions made by upper management just makes it worse.

the fact that the work is BS and that at this point there's no motivation left to do or care about the work anymore (suspension of operations in a month)

Being yelled at by idiots who think that what went wrong was my fault, when really it was their stupidity. That's always fun because you can't point out why it was their fault and that they're the moron, all because they're your boss.

The fact that we have to justify force. There are some people that could use a colossal ass beating.
