I was just digging up some old games today and found that they are still a hoot.

I'd have to say that the oldest one for me would be Red Alert 2.

Jagged Alliance 2, though the free Urban Chaos total conversion I'm playing was only released a year ago.

Angband is constantly updated, but it's origins are very old (namely Moria).
Also Might and Magic III on my dedicated DOS box.

StarControl II ;)

and its a free download now too.

EDIT: Starcraft is a 2nd, play it much more, but not as old.
