Whats the nVidia Boot Agent???

I got up this morning and my comp had rebooted itself to a black screen with some stuff about the nvidia boot agent?
so I shut it down and it booted to windows ok.
Is this a bios setting that needs to be changed? \
I have a Soltek nForce 2 Board

If you delve into your BIOS you'll probably find where to disable this; it would be useful if you wanted to boot from your NIC instead of from hard drive.
