What's the normal delay for receiving confirmation e-mail when updating Heatware account?

I am changing my contact e-mail for Heatware and suppose to receive a confirmation e-mail with temporary password so I can login. Well, it's been about an hour and I have not received anything. I thought those e-mails are generated automaticaly, but maybe I was wrong. Anyone has an idea on how long it takes? I have a deal pending and want the person be able to verify my good standing.
 
It can actually take several weeks.... So I wouldn't be holding my breath.... PM heat23 as someone suggested, but it could still take quite awhile....

I'll pm heat23, but according to his profile he last loged in on March 8th, and today is 12th 🙁 I have deals pending and my 50+ heatware is inaccessible! aarrrrrrrggggg!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I finally got around to signing up....
couple of days ago, and still haven't received confirmation email
I think their site has been down a couple of times, too 🙁
