I remember hearing it in the 90's, and im pretty sure it was in a commercial or maybe it was a popular song im not too sure. Its pretty bland but catchy, and all i remember from it is the male singer says "dah dah dah" and then some music plays....

Yeah, that's the "Da Da Da" by Trio... if the OP thinks it was in a commercial, it was probably that song. Was that the commercial where the two guys are driving around and, for no reason, they pick up a recliner or something that was lying in the road?
