What's the Name of this movie?

I think it was a relatively recent movie. There was some sort of virus outbreak in England. And they wall off the entire country. They send some team in there to try to find some scientist that was working on a cure.

I believe there was also a whole bunch of people held up in a medieval castle. They road around wearing armor on horses.
