What's the name of this 80's horror movie?

All I remeber about it is the box art has someone melting into a kitchen floor or something. The plot revolves around some company putting something to make people go crazy in dairy products. (Milk, cottage cheese, yogurt)

I know it sounds like a dumb movie but it's bugging me

That movie was great (in an MST3K kind of way), I have to find it and rent it again soon.
