I am not sure if it ever had a 'name' but if you go to your local Radio Shack I bet you can find an adapter of some kind...

AT port I guess can be one of them. I belive the official name is a 5-pin DIN connector

DIN is the name. Developed in Germany, BTW. It is also very standard as a MIDI device connector.
