what's the most you'd ever pay for a haircut?

i really dislike my hair (thinning and receding hairline, with bald spot in back), so i'm willing to pay for it to look good. i finally found someone i like, it costs $35 (plus tip), but i'm always happy to pay it because i feel & look so good after it's done, and i actually get a couple of compliments here and there. too bad he's moving this thursday, so i just got my last haircut from him on saturday . i'll probably wind up bic'ing it now. so what's your ceiling?

15 bucks, after tip.

1 on the sides, quarter of an inch off the top, leaving the front a bit longer. Usually takes like 10 minutes. I prefer to pay 10 after tip though.

You don't even have a full head of hair and its $35? Seriously though if you don't mind and you feel like its worth it to you, great go for it. I think about 15 +tip is the most I'd pay since I need one like every three weeks.

That doesn't look too bad, I think with short hair just put on some gel and mess it up. Somehow that is a hairstyle

I usually pay $10 after tip but I get one like once a month. Hair grows fast though

Yeah, $30 or $40 for a mens cut is about as high as I've gone, but it'll depend on the type of cut, length of hair and amount of styling......I've always overpaid, since my hair is very short, but if it's a longer "do", then I would feel better paying more.

I'd pay $12 + Tip for a haircut, most of the time I just go to that local barbershop down the street that charges 5 bucks.

I get mine cut for free by my ex-girlfriend. When I go somewhere else, it's $6+$4 tip.
