i think one of the most unusual was 1/2 developed goose eggs. It's like eating a fetus.....and its a delicacy in China....*shiver*

A) I'm part filipino and they hae something called balut which is basically the first stages of a chick.
B) I was watching Iron Chef Japan and they had swalllows nest which is bascially birds spit
C) I have tried everything once. Don't knock it till you tried it.

ahem ... they ate massive quantities of balut on Survivor: Palau.

It does look very yummy ... when you're starving

basically its a duck egg with a duck almost ready to hatch, it has a beak and fur
