What's the most reliable region-free app to work with Power DVD 5?

I have PowerDVD 5 for a region-free drive, and I've taken a look at a few region-free apps, but none of them are version specific. And with PowerDVD 5, it's hard to tell if it's working or not, unlike WinDVD which actually has a tab that shows you the number of changes remaining. I have several Region 4 DVDs and don't want my counter to run out - anyone using PowerDVD 5 along with an app that they KNOW is working?
Any info would be appreciated, thanks...
