I went through the drivethrough at McDonalds and got 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and 3 chocolate chip cookies, but I ended up with this many:

:cookie: :cookie: :cookie: :cookie: :cookie: :cookie:

Thats usually all I get extra, but one time a fast food place tried to give me some kind of blue sports drink that wasn't mine and the wrong order.

Once I was on my bike and I passed what I thought was a $5 bill and I went back and found out it was a $50 :D.. Another time I found $1.30 in change in a phone. Sometimes it pays to check the payphone :D.

I saw $10 lying in a grocery store... I didn't pick it up... Somehow, I don't feel right picking up someone else's money....

DAY-UM.

I've gotten to take a lot of food home after a cookout, but that's about it.

I've never found more than 20$.

There was an internet radio thing in the late 90's that paid you gift certificates to listen to the music. Turned on 4 PC's, turned the volume down and received $700 in free Wendy's, Subway, Burger King and one other (don't remember). Oh the good ole days when internet commerce was taking off (or flopping looking back on it) and everything was FREE!!! :D

I picked up a money clip with $1300. in it one day on a job at the Chevron refinery. My silly partner advertised it, and found the rightful owner :( Ah well, he was a traveler, working away from home, and really needed it more than I did...It WAS the right thing to do, even though I had brief moments of wealth....;)

Nope. They are all products that my company produces.

I found $100 on the ground a couple years ago. It was perfect timing because my account for food at the school cafeteria was empty, and asking my parents for money isn't any fun.

Right, 'cause leaving it there will definitely ensure that the person who lost it will find it. EDIT: Found four $5 bills on the sidewalk a week or two ago.

When I lived with the ol' parents I'd get free food all the time. Must've added up to thousands of dollars.

The most money I've ever found was in my neighbour's night drawer. Bought LOTS of junk food that day for all my friends.

i had ordered a bunch of steaks from a local butcher shop. i askef for a bundle that came to $225 (something like 14 ribeyes and hamburger and other stuff). anyway when they came to my house to deliver it they said i owed them another $200 (even though i paid $225 already). they had doubled the order on accident.

i talked to the owner and we came to a aggrement. He couldnt use the meat (some health reasons because it was deliverd) but NO way was i paying an extra $200. so he said pay him$75 and we will call it even.

so i got $125 worth of steak free! woot!

most cash i found? $400 at magic waters. walking out of the place i found a money clip full of cash next to my car. There was no id nothing. so i grabed it.
