Here's what I mean: My boss knows Michael Dell (Dell Computers) because he used to lock himself out all the time and needed to get back in his car.

So how about you?

EDIT: Ok, you have to know the people (and they have to know you back...bad english, sue me). So I can't say "I had the same class as Mel Gibson" unless you were friends or something

So Michael Dell knows you back? Seeing as you claim being in the same class isn't enough, while you then at least know that person a bit, and you might well have had the same friends in such a case...

A friend of a colleague of mine protects the US president, so according to your reasoning of 'being linked to' it would be Bush for me. I've never seen that friend of my colleague though, so it's a bit vague to make that claim.

No, I don't know Dell otherwise I wouldn't have mentioned my boss. I wrote "...link yourself to in 5 steps or less?" What did you think I meant by that? It's not "who's the most famous person you know", that's been done before. I was just wondering who's friend's brother's roommate's dad was. Get it? As long as every adjacent person in the link knows eachother mutually, then it counts.

So yes, you can be linked to Bush, congrats!

Boss's friend's brother is a body guard for the President. (My boss's friend is also my friend but I know him via my boss). I'm just not proud to be linked to him! :p J/k, calm down

I was in a Mental Hospital when I was 16, both of Rosanne's daughters were in there. Rosanne was there one time, I was gonna tell her I thought she wasn't funny, but before I could she spit in one of her daughters face. I decided to keep my comment to myself and stay dry.

My Counselor in there was Dallas Taylor, the drummer from Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. He was a fvckin cool ass guy.

My best friend's cousin is Ron Blazier, who pitched for the Phillies a few years back, so I guess anyone on that team. :)

I have a cousin who played for part of a season with the Dodgers when Koufax, Drysdale, Roseboro, Maury Wills, Tommy Lasorda (a Coach at the time) and Walter Alston was on the team.

Oh, and if customers count too as links I can probably link myself to approximately 30-60% of the world population thanks to my work.

(Edit: Actually, that might be possible with 4 steps already... so probably more like 60-80%)
