here's a $5 down payment. I'll give you $5/month for the balance once I have it in hand.

I'll just use it to feed my bear anyway.

I dunno, money isn't a big driver for me. Give me a $99 Instant Pot & a Netflix subscription & I'm a pretty happy man lol.

On the kidney tangent, I went to look up that kid who sold his kidney for an iPad a decade ago & he's not doing so well :(

Hmm tricky question because part of me wants to say it would help someone live a normal life and part of me wants life long recurring revenue.
Guess it depends upon who would be getting it

1 million.

I could basically be set for life with that kind of money. I would not immediately quit my job, but I would put that money in a safe investment and basically I don't have to worry about job security anymore. I'd expedite my plan to move off grid then probably quit my job within a few years after I've built something. With all my spare time I'd still look at ways of making money but basically I'd be free to do whatever I want with no urgent need for income.

On the other hand, it would still be a huge decision to make, because what if *I* end up with kidney issues in the future and now I only have the one. I guess it's a big game of odds. Most people live their lives fine without kidney issues so I'd just have to bank on that.

No competitive sports for the rest of your life if you're only on 1 kidney. Only if it saved the life of a loved one. Or $5M.

Just remember when you head to Tijuana, you may wake up in a motel room bathtub in ice water missing a kidney and your wallet.

That's the risk you face in Mexico cause you don't have support from above:

I quintillion dollars.

Or a cat that doesnt make me wheeze.
I dont want your kidney, but, depending on your allergies, some cat breeds are a lot less likely to cause reactions. Of course if you already investigated hypoallergenic cats, then I got nothin, sorry.

Yeah I heard norwegian forest cats dont have the dander, or the same dander as other cats.

Those little fuckers cost a thousand bucks.
