What's the minimum system requirements?

Hello all,

What's the minimum system requirements for playing DVD movies in LG 16X DVD drive? Is there any way to watch it on:
Pentium 166MHz
64MB RAM
3GB IBM HDD
Win 98SE
????

Well, you could probably stick the DVD rom drive in, but the CPU is way too slow to decode movies. You'd need about a P3 500 or faster to watch DVD movies.

for that computer, you will need a hardware decoder card, prob in PCI form

The minimum requirement for DVD playback is a 300Mhz CPU, but possibly with a hardware decoder you may be able to play them on that system.

Where can I find this card?

Also what's is the best software to play DVD in this config?

Can't seem to find very many but one of these may work. Any opinions on weather one of these will work for him? DVD Decoder cards
