What's the method used to increase downloading speed off of i-Drive?

i've tried several things for this and mydrive, there's nothing you can do, really. it doesn't seem to be much slower if you d/l 10 files at a time instead of 1.

with mydrive, you can use a d/l manager to help get popular files they say have exceeded limits, but idrive doesn't allow this (i think).

I have a little folder in "My Network Places" on WinME that goes to my iDrive account. I can drag and drop just like it was a share on my LAN. Pretty nifty feature. When I had to download a 'trial' version of some software a few months back it went MUCH faster than the standard download through their webpage. I forget the name of the feature, just look around for something about putting iDrive on your desktop.
