Whats the maximum voltage?

I gave my celeron 2 away to my sister back about 2 years ago who then gave it to my bro. Well he is wanting to overclock it to its maximum. I overclocked to 900Mhz but can't remember at what voltage. I was wondering whats the maximum voltage one would want to run it at also what was the default voltage that they run at?
 
If I'm not mistaken, that would be the Celery based on the Coppermine core which runs at 1.65v default. The maximum I would run through a Coppermine core is 1.85v or 1.9v with exceptional aircooling.
