What's the lowest-priced motherboard that can use an Athlon 1.2 and SDR memory?

ECS K7S5A I believe. I've seen them for $50-$60.00. They support both sdram and ddr ram as well as having onboard lan and sound. They support AMD Duron, T-bird, and XP processors.
