My longest was about 7 years ago, I was deployed over to dhahran, saudi arabia. I worked the midnight shift and got off about 7 in the morning by the time I got back to the towers and in bed it was about 7:30 and I got up around 10:30 that night. This was without getting up to go to the bathroom or anything. Just about missed the bus to go back to work. So 15 hours for me.

Well I remember once when I was ill I slept for about 20 hours. My head hurt like heck when I woke up. I didn't get any sleep for several days after that.

about a year ago... i went to Florida on vacation.... plane left NY at 8am.... had to be at the airport by 6am.... and i worked that night... 3p-midnight. i usually dont go to sleep till 3am.... so i decided to stay up... didn't go to sleep that night in florida until 2am... so i was up from 9am on friday.. till 2am on sunday... went to sleep at 2am... and woke up at 6pm.... so... 18hrs sleeping straight.

I work a 13 hour shift regularly and often end up being awake for 24-36 straight usually at least once a week. I slept 13 hours this week (from 8pm wed night to 9am thur morning) after being awake since 6am tuesday morning (38 hours??).

My longest was actually after a major surgery though. I was drugged up and slept for about 3 1/2 days solid. Took a bit of convinsing to get me to believe it really was thursday when i woke up.. that was weird!
 

I will sometime in the near future be taking the ultimate rest, a dirt nap ;)

16 hours...

Me and my friends went to Kings Island on Wed, so we stayed up all Tuesday night. We got back and stayed up some more, got about an three hours worth of sleep and then drove to Ceader Point. Now its thursday and we are at Ceader Point. We get back crash for about 5 hours then we go to Wyandot Lake, its now Friday, for half the day then come home shower get ready for prom . Go to prom, then after prom, we get back around 5am. Its now Sunday morning 5a.m. I remember walking up later that night around 9-10pm and going out and drinking. Hmmm...I then came home around 3 am and got another 8 hours of sleep.

I slept 15 hours the other day. I skipped a night of sleep and worked out. Bleh.

The longest I had ever gone was about 35 hours or so, when I was kind of out of my mind with sickness.

I'd say about 13 or so hours after being up for 35ish on some stupid international flight.

I once passed out on the floor and slept there for about 18 hours. (hardwood floors too) Ahh....those were the days. :)

I got in a near full 24 hours once. Woke up for water and bathroom, that was it.
That was after being up for like 4 straight days.
Ahhh, college was good. :)

in the navy after reftra and amphib reftra back to back 4 weeks very little sleep

they said i got up twice to go to the bathroom but i didn't remember it.

we averaged 1-2 hours a night sleep during that exercise and it started after a 54 hour push to get the ship prepped for the exercise.

since then the longest i have slept straight is 14 hours

39 hours........that was after working over 130 hours in a 7 day period. I was so dead tired I was hallucinating before I finally got to bed. Was a really strange feeling to have an entire day go by without knowing what happened.
