What's the logic of having Address1 and Address2 in database?

Do you mean 2-line address above the city/state/country, or 2 complete addresses (billing vs. shipping)

2-line address can be needed for a large complex or even a large single building with distinct areas:

Seattle, WA 90005
 
Often the 2-line format is needed to
1. fit properly on labels and envelopes
2. match the format expected by mail and package delivery services.
