What's the latest on the Samsung 226BW panel lottery?

Does anybody know if they are they still making these lcd's with the S, A, and C panels? I did read that they were possibly going for a forth one that was even cheaper and output worse colour representation. Perhaps people aren't complaining enough?... 🙁 Anyway just wondering what the outcome was officially as i'm looking at a widescreen job and it probably is still the best lcd going around.
 
Thanks apoppin i have read that thread. I was being sarcastic when i said people haven't been complaining enough. I guess they are still shipping different panels even with the commotion. Thanks.
 
I read on another site the ones made in August were S panels. Just buy one from a big box store like Best Buy then return it if it's not. At Best Buy you can sometimes see the date the box was shipped into the store then you'll know if it's a new one.
