What's the latest on the Hulk sequel?

Anyone heard anything interesting? Anything definitive?

I know the first film wasn't popular with many of you, and I'm not interested in reading your opinions on it, so save it. I enjoyed the film and I'm looking forward to its sequel.

I liked Hulk reasonably, though without that main guy it will suck. Also JC is quite a benefit to a movie.
