I made a pretty great sandwich last night  enjoying the leftovers for lunch today.

grilled chicken/bacon/provolone cheese with tomatoes, onions, fresh basil, and oil/vinegar on a portugese roll.

I think it was a Boca burger. Nothing fancy. Boca burger on a sandwich thin, with smoked Swiss cheese, onion, spring greens, and Sriracha sauce. I'm not a fan of the Sriracha. It's too sweet, and I'm just getting rid of what I have on Boca burgers.

Nature's burger on rye bread with all the the following (this morning):

horse radish
mustard
barbecue sauce
sweet relish
hot peppers
red onion
green pepper
cheddar cheese (Vermont long-aged)
lettuce

This is a big sandwich. I keep sandwich wrappers in my kitchen, the commercial kind, 12" square, I buy them in packs, the kind they have at sandwich joints.

I like Sriracha (thai hot sauce). I always have some on hand. I go down to Chinatown once in a while and buy 1/2 a dozen bottles of my favorite brand: Shark. Yes, it's sweet, but I don't use a lot of it, just a little (i.e. about a teaspoon) in my burritos. My burritos are the best on planet earth.

The wife makes my sandwiches, but the last one I made was grilled cheese for my kid while the wife was at the store buying more stuff for more sandwiches.

It's been quite a while, but last two sandwiches I made were roast beef with meunster on baguette,

and pulled pork (my own--lovingly smoked) with heirloom tomatoes (green zebra) and home-made mango hot sauce (pretty much a chutney). That is the greatest sandwich that I have ever had.
