whats the incoming & outgoing mail addy for hotmail? I want to check it using outlook 2000 **anyone?**

this is very simple if you are using the latest outlook express (im not sure about the older versions). all you have to do is goto Tools->Accounts->Add->Mail then click "i already have an email address i would like to use" and if you type in a hotmail address, it will automatically setup the mail server.

It uses the HTTP protocol, not POP3.

And it will not work with Outlook, only Outlook Express. Sorry.

The new Outlook - in Office 10, not released yet - will support Hotmail, but until then you're stuck with Outlook Express.
