What's the highest you've paid for cell phone use?

I went over my plan by 250 minutes. :Q

My bill was $200 for mid november to mid december. When I saw the bill, it felt like an ulcer was erupting in my stomach.

I'm over it now and kind of think it's funny, but I don't want to think about what the bill for mid december to now is going to be. 🙁

one month i paid > $600 because my son's GF called him long distance
many times thinking it was free.

about $250-300 in a month my landline died and I needed to be on the phone for extended hold times getting it fixed.

I have gotten hit with $80-100 a lot of times though and usually adjust my plan to handle that.

let's see, about two years ago i went on a trip to europe and cingular (back then Pac Bell) said that it's only .35 a minute when i use the phone over there. so i took it with me for a two month trip and luckily i left it in a hotel only a month into the trip. I say luckily because the bill was for about $850. the price they quoted me was for incoming calls, outgoing calls were about 3 - 7 dollars A MINUTE based on country.
