What's the highest ( stable ) OC for this ram ?

Right now at 220 FSB on my Abit NF7-S board

Timings are : 3-4-3-6

Have I hit it's limit ?
 
You're either at the limits of the motherboard or the RAM. Try loosening the timings a bit more or bumping the VDIMM up to 2.8V and see if that helps.
 
At 2.8 on the vdimm already. Probably the limits of the PC3200 ram. But am very pleased with the OC this system has achieved.
