If your monitor doesn't support it, you'll most likely get a blank screen with a refresh rate out of range warning. Supposedly, older monitors could be damaged by sending them a too-high refresh rate, but as far as I know all monitors that have been made in at least the past four or five years have protection built in.Originally posted by: Stew
