What's the 'golden hour' or eB@y bids?

I've never actually bought anything off eB@y, save for a BuyItNow. What is the best time to bid before I risk not getting the bid in at all?

5 minutes before it ends? 15 minutes before it ends? Just wondering.

Probably doesn't matter that much, since the guy has multiple units of the thing for $17 for bids, and $20 for BuyItNow, but still if I can save $3 by waiting a little while I'm not going to argue with that.

multiple units ? Just do it 20 seconds before. On real auctions where there's only one, the proxy bid takes precedence anyway. You can enter your highest offer but the system will bid the lowest amount necessary to win at any given time, up to your best offer.

Ebay will play tricks on you.... give it 25 sec on dial up for sure.... 15 on BB.

There is a shareware software that can almost guarantee you win you auctions

Yeah the softwares called "Put In Twice the Value of the Item's Worth". Its shareware. As a matter of fact, you already have it!
