I knew a guy that hadn't left NY for a vacation to another state until he was 25 years old...

I just came back from France last week. :)

BTW, your family bringing you to a different country as a child so you can live a better life doesn't count. :p

Since the US is soo big, and I've gone al across it, I said 'different country' even though I've never actually left. Different state doesn't cover it, since NV -> AZ is no big deal and say, NY->NJ isn't even a joke.

I was drug to Disneyland by my parents twice as a kid.

Last week I just got back from Idaho.

I was 24 before I had my first trip on an airplane. That was a business trip to New Jersey.

For vacation I really don't care to travel very far.

I know what ya mean. In northen Louisiana there is a baseball field the infield is in Louisiana and the outfield is in Texas. They sell shirts that say "I hit a home run from Louisiana to Texas!"

I enjoy flying, I just rarely have a need for it, except for the occasional business trip. I'll be going to Denver in a couple of weeks.

From eastern Tennessee to Hawaii - I don't know which polle category to pick.

Also, I've been to Canada a couple of times, but distancewise that wasn't as far as Hawaii.

Well, different continent. I went to the Philippines in April, and from where I live that's over 6,000 miles away. But, my brother and I are currently thinking about going to Dubai, UAE since we have family there and have been invited. So, that could count also.

Ewww...I don't think I could put up with that for too long. Last time I flew was Janurary of 04 and it was a hassle. I couldn't imagine having to do that twice a week.

I did quite a bit of traveling when I was younger. 35 states, canada, mexico, Paraguay, Argentina... and next week I go to Germany and the UK for 2 weeks!
